ICSC Diversity Reception

Co-sponsored with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) national evelopers, retailers, real estate brokers and law firms, the Diversity Reception is an annual networking event that offers a venue for people from diverse backgrounds who attend the annual ICSC Spring convention to meet, "deal make" and to form strong and lasting business relationships in the real estate development and retail industries.

Real Estate Associates Program (REAP)

REAP is an industry-backed, market-driven program that finds and trains career-changing minority professionals for positions in commercial real estate, through education, networking, and on-the-job training with leading firms. With the enthusiastic support of industry leadership, REAP is now widely acknowledged to be the most successful diversity initiative in the commercial real estate industry.

Robert Toigo Foundation

REEC recently announced its 2010 REEC Chairman's Fellow. Along with the honor of the fellowship, this year's Toigo Fellow will receive the following: a monetary award of $2,500; an all-expense paid trip to a REEC Chairman's Forum; and finally an opportunity to meet and network with renowned and senior minority leaders of the real estate sector.

"Save a Mind, Give a Choice" Lewa Educational Trust (LET)

The "Save a Mind, Give a Choice" program (administered by Lewa Educational Trust) is a unique educational program that assists orphans and students in poverty in disadvantaged rural communities in Kenya by: supporting school feeding programs; providing teachers, books and educational facilities; supporting the education and care of orphans and children living in poverty; and finally supporting nature conservancy education.
